Now that you know what keywords / keyphrases you want to use, actually use them! Along with putting these keywords into the metadata of your site, it can help to actually uses these words and phrases in the content of your site itself. You don't want to bloat your content with the same words and phrases over and over just to increase density. Try to achieve a natural balance!
